Meet your friendly female guides in the hotel lobby for a quick safety briefing and an overview of your upcoming adventure. Once you’re comfortable, hop on one of our smooth and eco-friendly Honda Lead Scooters and get ready to explore the vibrant streets of Hanoi with ease.
🟢 Stage 2: Banh Cuon Experience
Our first stop takes us to a beloved local café known for serving some of the city’s best Banh Cuon — delicate steamed rice rolls filled with savory pork and mushrooms. Watch the chef skillfully prepare this traditional dish, then enjoy a fresh, flavorful serving. Afterwards, we’ll cruise through the lantern-lit alleys of the Old Quarter and along the scenic Red River, soaking in Hanoi’s enchanting nighttime atmosphere.
🟢 Stage 3: Bun Cha & Scenic Ride
Next up is a family-run restaurant where you’ll savor Bun Cha — grilled pork served with vermicelli noodles, fresh herbs, and dipping sauce, a classic Hanoi specialty. After the meal, we’ll take a leisurely ride around West Lake, admiring its peaceful waters and lush surroundings. Our journey continues to Ngu Xa Hamlet, where you can enjoy freshly grilled fish, aromatic Pho, refreshing banana salad, and other authentic Vietnamese dishes.

We’ll pass by the Ho Chi Minh Memorial to witness the solemn nightly guard ceremony, a meaningful tribute to Vietnam’s revered leader. Then, we head to the famous Train Street — a vibrant, narrow alley where locals live, dine, and socialize mere inches from the passing train tracks, offering a unique glimpse into Hanoi’s dynamic urban life.
