After a quick safety briefing and a run-through of the day’s itinerary, you’ll hop onto one of our comfortable Eco Honda Lead Scooters, perfectly suited for navigating Hanoi’s vibrant streets with ease and style.

We kick off your culinary adventure at a local café famous for its Banh Cuon — delicate steamed rice rolls filled with savory pork and mushrooms. Watch as the chef expertly prepares this traditional dish right before your eyes, a captivating glimpse into Hanoi’s rich food culture. Then, we’ll take a scenic ride through the lantern-lit Old Quarter, alive with the energy of street vendors and bustling alleyways, before cruising alongside the tranquil Red River, where the city’s night lights reflect on the water’s surface.

We conclude the evening at a cozy café known for its signature Vietnamese egg coffee — a rich blend of strong espresso topped with creamy, whipped egg yolk.
